andrews

so i got here to andrews, a day or so ago.....flight went pretty well, although i do hate southwest's free seating....its so awkward when you ask people to sit in between them or whatnot...

but anyway, i arrived at chicago about 1030....then my relatives picked me up from there, got to see my two little cousins...nicko and petey..or nick and peter....both boys...aged 8 and 6 respectively

peteys actually sitting by me at the table eating a sugar laden bowl of fruit loops...haha

anyway, yesterday i got to tour the campus of AU....not actually in depth just walked around the campus and saw some buildings.....pretty pretty campus....dead cause no ones here, but yeah

also i got to see the surrounding areas here....benton harbor, which is the equivalent to redlands for loma lindians i suppose.....its really green here....

its a quaint little town...also i got to see mohammed ali house....its only a couple of blocks away from my relatives' place where im staying...which is also pretty pretty nice....its pretty big....nice and spacious, plus a humongous basement...which is decked to be their play room and has like 3 tvs..-_-

anyway, i also passed by my other relatives' houses...which were also big, and i got to see where my mom and her family stayed when my grandparents were studying at AU in the 70s...pretty nice

anyway, its nickos suzuki 3rd book recital tonight, so its been nonstop practicing and squeaky violin noises (i hate, er dont like the violin) lol

but nonetheless i love my cousins...

maybe andrews is for me?? well see
