so far, i believe i have had a post on my late teacher carl fasshauer, who was like another grandpa to me and is very missed.
this post actually isn't to a person, but actually to a company. and no other company has enriched my life more than that of
the WALT DISNEY COMPANY. seriously, no other franchise has managed to invoke such happy memories. back in the day even i vowed as a child to one day work for disney or rather i wanted to OWN disney. it got more worse as i grew up because i used to occasionally track disney stocks and read up on company articles. yes i was and still am a nerd at heart.
but anyway to disney:
thank you so much for all that you have gave me. my first disney movie i ever remember seeing was aladdin. which from the moment i watched it, grew to become one of my all time favorite disney movies. the music you shared in those early classics instilled a passion for music inside of me that grew to the my present love of musicals, showtunes, contemporary, and choral music.from lion king to ratatouille, all your movies gave me a solid happy childhood that i will always remember and cherish, no matter how difficult my future may be.
thank you also for your theme parks. they are actually the most influential out of your whole franchise because i grew up in central florida, only maybe a hour or so from disneyworld. i have literally been to disneyworld countless times, and even though that is true, i will NEVER tire of disney parks. even when my family was hit with a huge tragedy a few years back, you helped bring back those fond memories when i visited disneyland. sure it was nothing on disneyworld, but that sense of magic was immediately revived once i set foot on disney grounds.
thank you once again for disney channel. disney channel is a unbelievable channel. although there are some shows and events i think are beyond corny, disney channel is one of those constants that i can relive from disney. from your channel stars to the music they produce, thank you so much for entertaining me.
with that said. i think i am one of the greatest disney fanboys that i know of. if you are one of my really good friends, you know that bringing me to disney will always cheer me up...no matter what the circumstance.
