teamwork, if you're the only one pulling most of the load?
i am getting frustrated. i feel bad for trying to dictate everything for telling people what to do, but honestly, if no one takes a solid lead and takes charge, NOTHING happens.
first actual paid project opportunity comes up. some are not in the area so its understandable, some are busy with finals, some are busy with other projects, some don't know what to do, and others are just not feeling it.
is it me? am i not leading right? am i dictating things too much? i cant do everything on my own and when i ask you to do something, its because i need you to do it. so please feel needed and special.
i feel like quitting but i know thats never good. we'll see how things turn out.

im glad im not the only one. what should i do then? do u guys care if i delegate things and assign u something, instead of the waiting for volunteers type thing?
ReplyDeleteand we never had a official meeting but i guess ill just send a update. this project is actually for a client. we were asked to do a video for a gourmet tea. lol we'll see how this goes
